We are looking for: Candidate for 1 year contractor

  • Ensure logistics(export) and planning knowledge by understanding and fulfilling supplychain  activities from arranging export with knowledge incoterms and payment terms together with vendors.
  • Also, planning production together with RM/Packaging purchasing activity.
  • Working in conjunction with manufacturing, CS, sales, finance, regulation team and business unit personnel
  • Responsible and accountable for all aspects with respect to active order management and manage production under given conditions.

  • Effective and accurate processing of customer’s export orders, sample including invoicing
  • Effective and accurate processing of production and RM/packaging purchasing. 
  • Follow customer’s exact guideline and each country regulation.
  • Company’s image towards customers. 
  • Be active involved in achieving the business key X’s as a Order Fulfilment Specialist
  • Understand and ensure compliance with local Regulation, Safety and other SHE related.
  • Allocate inventory and schedule fulfilments (confirm order commitment, handoff to fulfilment point, transmit COA)
  • Responsible for sample distribution to customers
  • Dealing with each countries’s label with for each products and update label in timely manner
  • Preparing production schedule based on inventory and open orders and safety stock and revise or add schedule based on coming orders together with supplying RM/packaging
  • Ensure Incoterms and payment terms in dealing our business
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the order management process
  • Coordinate effective communication among plant , sales and customer service and regulation team to meet order requested delivery date
  • Capture order demand change and communicate with plant and vendors to adjust production schedule and also requested delivery date
  • Keep monitor RM/PKG price and apply correct price when purchasing RM/PKG
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in dealing our products
  • Ownership of continuous process improvement to increase service level and to avoid waste of money
  • Hit target OTIF(delivery performance) and analyze root cause of any miss and take corrective action together with site Lead
  • Measure major OF KPIs(Complaints, Invoicing accuracy, Delivery Performance, etc) for continuous improvement to meet customer’s requirements
  • Ensure costs are kept within target
  • Organize and execute outbound shipments to customers in a timely and safe manner and monitor inventory transactions in SAP.

You will bring: 

  • Worked in the chemical product manufacturing process.
  • Has knowledge in operating DCS and can operate it at a basic level.
  • Can use PC and Office programs.
  • Can drive a forklift.
  • Vocational or higher vocational education or has worked in an industrial factory for at least 3-5 years.
  • Has a strong motivation and sense of responsibility in performing work.
