We are seeking an IT Strategy and Planning Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the portfolio manager & IT Business performance partner in alignment with business objectives, strategic goals, quality improvement & continuous improvement. The role will work closely with key stakeholders to drive impactful product development & operations.

Essential Duties:

  • Continuously improve the IT governance and planning capability by integrating
  • optimal ways of planning and organizing
  • Supporting in monitoring IT (solutions) performance & services
  • Build trusted and effective relationships working with project managers to ensure they
  • deliver on-time, on-budget, on benefit, and on-quality (and intervening to resolve issues as
  • required)
  • Participate in discussions and activities regarding IT project funding, resourcing, and
  • prioritization
  • Navigate processes for funding and execution of IT programs and projects
  • Conduct portfolio balancing activities by evaluating areas where we are over-investing and under-investing.
  • Understand, evaluate, and manage risks to the portfolio
  • Work with the team to meet division goals
  • Maintain and challenge the resource planning in IT


Education and experience

  • Master’s degree or equivalent level in a relevant course of studies
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a related field is recommended.
  • Proven experience in managing resource allocation and optimizing team performance.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management and alignment with business goals.
