We are looking for:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HSE Trainee to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices within a dynamic and innovative company. The HSE Trainee will support the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace in both of our offices in Lisbon

We count on you for:

Work alongside your team to identify potential hazards and develop risk control measures
Support and maintain accurate records of HSE activities and documentation
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations
Support the investigation of incidents and accidents, and assist in the preparation of reports
Participate in HSE training sessions and workshops
Collaborate to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness

As a trainee, we understand that you may not have all the answers right away. You will be given the opportunity and support to develop and grow in your role

You will bring:

Training as an occupational health and safety technician (minimum CAP IV). Or who can demonstrate that they are completing the training
Languages: Ability to speak, write and read the English language
Motivated and proactive with good organizational skills
Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets and Google Slides is beneficial
