We count on you for: The major services in your scope will be SaaS communication tools. (Collaboration & Messaging, Productivity & Project management, Video conferencing & Broadcasting solutions) - Services Rationalization and Harmonization:
- Analyze existing UC portfolio solutions, processes and systems to identify areas where harmonization is needed.
- Support creation of strategies and roadmaps for rationalization and harmonization, including but not limited to solution use cases and best practices
- Work with IT teams and stakeholders to implement standardized processes, technologies, and procedures
- Facilitate the transition to new systems and processes, addressing potential challenges and ensuring a smooth rollout
- Architectural and Technical Design:
- Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Designing comprehensive technical solutions, including software architecture, infrastructure, and data management, security, and integration strategies.
- Overseeing the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with the design and business requirements.
- Support in deployment projects or integration requests that have dependencies on UC solutions
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and test plans.
- Work closely with the Syensqo security team to perform necessary risk assessments and to ensure security compliance for UC solutions
- Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the development and implementation of solutions.
- Continuous Improvement and Transformation:
- Analyzing the performance of solutions and identifying areas for improvement.
- Contribute to transformation projects by bringing your knowledge and technical expertise in these services.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and evaluating their suitability for specific business needs.

Skills and Behavioral Competencies: - Experience in Messaging administration or deployment support. (Good knowledge of Messaging protocols and mail security. E.g., SMTP relay, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and TXT records)
- Basic to intermediate DNS skills
- Knowledge on authentication solutions (Eg, Single Sign On or Multi-factor authentication)
- Experience in managing or delivering SaaS solutions, familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (API), and its integration capabilities
- Experience in constructing high and low-level architectural drawings
- Knowledge of basic IT security compliance framework (Eg, SOC2, GDPR, ISO 27001, Email RFCS)
- Mastery of the ITIL v4 framework and principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Customer-centric approach
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn new skills
You will bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supporting the administration and transformation of Digital Workplace services at the enterprise level.
- Strong understanding of such tools and technologies, and knowledge of their ecosystem.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Solution architect Cloud / Google / Azure / AWS, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
