Executive Leadership Team

Syensqo’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is collectively in charge of Syensqo’s overall performance. The ELT enables us to achieve our long-term value creation goals and meet our financial targets. It is composed of five members, who between them have decades of global experience across multiple industrial sectors. 

The ELT gives shape to Syensqo’s strategy, steers the Group’s business portfolio and protects the Group’s interests. It also makes sure everything is in place to achieve our vision to outgrow the market and deliver strong returns through customer-driven innovation.
