We are looking for:
HSE Engineer at Syensqo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations via Safety management system (ISO45001,ISO14001 and SYENSQO Life Saving Rule .
You will be responsible for developing,implementing, and maintaining HSE programs that align with Syensqo commitment to sustainability, innovation, and excellence. Additionally, you will serve as the Site HSE
Representative and lead Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) initiatives, helping advance our mission of pursuing breakthroughs that advance humanity while protecting the planet.
Location: Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Mueang Samutprakarn, Samutprakarn Province.

- HSE Program Development: Implement comprehensive HSE programs and policies that comply with local, national, and international regulations, as well as Syensqo's standards for safety and sustainability.
- Site HSE Representative: Act as the primary point of contact for all HSE-related matters at the site, ensuring effective communication and implementation of HSE policies and practices.
- PHA Leader: Lead Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) sessions to identify potential hazards in processes and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring the safety and integrity of operations. Including the requirement for PSM.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees, fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the organization.
- Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into HSE incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and legislative changes.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in site , regional in zone and global team to identify opportunities for improving HSE performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on HSE performance, incidents, and compliance for internal and external stakeholders.

You will bring:
- Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering is perfer, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the chemical or materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in leading PHA sessions and site-level HSE representation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus.
