We are looking for:

The duty is to carry out the production process according to operation and control of the main production sections such as reactors, vacuum pump, storage tanks and pump, packaging system as well as equipment repair as needed.

We count on you for:

Responsible for charging raw material, control batch sequence according to batch sheet until finish.
Responsible for transferring product to storage tanks, clean and purge pipe line, clean reactors, manage IBC of washed water according to SOP.
Responsible for packing finished product according to assignment.
Responsible for utilities supply to Surfactant plant such as RO water, cooling tower, etc.
To manage and control waste water pit to maintain COD within IEAT standard
Maintain good housekeeping, 5S, Safety, environment.
Take care all equipment in their working area by do 1 st and 2 nd level of maintenance
Any other works assigned by Shift Leader and Chief of Production

HSE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/ AUTHORITIES :

Operate the production with compliance to HSE rules and procedures “Safety First” for himself, his team colleague and contractors
To implement and follow the HSE programs.
To attend every HSE training program as requirement, HSE Meeting on Working Area.
Report to Shift Leader for any unsafe condition or inappropriate safety equipment / devices in the production area for further correction
Effectively take responsible roles as defined in the HSE procedures
Support HSE & Facility Manager on implementing HSE objectives and action plan

- High Vocational Education or Diploma in any industrial fields.
* Length of Working Experience
- 1-2 years experience in the production fields
- Experience in manufacturing/servicing / maintenance
- Ability to work in shift.
