We are looking for:

  • PCU Operator that Operates, regulates and monitors continuous flow or batch reactor units and auxiliary equipment to produce chemical products under the supervision of a Shift Supervisor.

We count on you for:

  • Adhere to all plant HSE standards, policies and procedures and maintain a safe and clean work environment: must be able to wear proper PPE (i.e., hard hat, glasses, respirator)
  • Follows standard operating procedures
  • Completes related paperwork and maintains accurate records
  • Maintains quality output and initiates any adjustments or action required
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Calculates amount and type of material to be used in production process
  • Sets valves, instrumentation, and weights to regulate material charged for the process
  • Transfers in-plant materials to and from trailers
  • Initiates maintenance work on routine repairs for equipment
  • Prepares equipment safely for maintenance
  • Takes samples as required and delivers to laboratory in timely manner

You will bring:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • Preferred Education
  • Secondary technical degree/certification in relevant field.
  • Minimum Experience
  • 2 years’ experience technical or industrial and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • The base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position will be $32.61 per hour. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
