Product Realization Technician

We are looking for:

  • One experienced Technician to play a crucial role in the product realization from lab scale to plant scale by attending lab trials or plant trials following guidance from product realization engineers. The job holder’s primary responsibilities will include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting compounding/molding equipment, monitoring and adjusting machine parameters for optimal performance, performing quality checks and measurements to ensure products meet specifications, partially responsible for raw materials/sample shipping management and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

We count on you for:

  • Good communication skills, able to maintain effective communication with personnel from different departments, ensure participation in laboratory or factory trial production, and adjust, record and summarize the trial run report the corresponding extruder process conditions according to the engineer's requirements.
  • Strong execution ability, understanding of basic plastic testing performance, able to follow-up test status and summarize data according to the engineer's requirements.
  • Be able to support the operation of the laboratory extruder line as needed for urgent business requirements . This includes independently operating the extruder and auxiliary equipment, measuring and pre-mixing raw materials according to specified formulas, cleaning and calibrating feeders, etc.
  • Assist to procure the necessary raw materials for laboratory trial production according to the engineer's requirements and manage the inventory of raw materials and resins accordingly.

You will bring:

  • Bachelor or above, majoring in chemical/mechanical engineering or polymer material science is preferred
  • Prior experience in compounding and molding or in a similar role is preferred
  • Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
