We are looking for:
The Training Coordinator reports to Value Stream Lead and provides daily hands-on support to employees, Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Managers. The Training Coordinator is responsible for employee safety and process training throughout all employee’s tenure, and site training requirements.
We can count on you to:
Conduct New Hire Orientation training and scheduling which covers policies and procedures as well as details of major work processes as well as facility and work area tours.
Evaluate employee strengths and weaknesses to create training plans, schedule daily area placement of trainees, maintains training schedules, and monitors training status.
Assesses trainee grasp of the training and identifies areas for continued learning. Works with the trainer to ensure the candidate is receiving proper hands-on training. Maintains the status of each trainees’ competencies and needs to achieve the training plan. Informs trainee on scheduled training and tracks their progress.
Immediately coaches and corrects employees’ unsafe acts, as well as recognizes safe behaviors to reinforce their repetition.
Coordinate re-training and mentoring to increase knowledge and competence for all employees.
Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment, and manage the budget set for training.
Maintains, organizes, schedules, and tracks the site’s monthly, quarterly, and annual mandatory training across all departments to ensure required completions.
Participate in the analysis of training needs for new and existing programs.
Assists in performing Activity Hazard Analyses, audits, Equipment Operator spot checks, etc. and is an asset on how to implementation necessary changes.
Assist with the administrative functions: planning, document updates, record maintenance, and evaluation of site and departmental training programs. Regularly assess and reports on training needs and redundancies. Manages and ensures the accuracy the digital qualification database for reference by Supervisors and Managers. Opening tickets for trainee accesses. Locate, coordinate, and market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
Serve as the T-001 Gensuite learning management system (LMS) training coordinator. Train trainers on the standardized T-001 process. Review all submitted training for requirements. Provide guidance to trainers for requirements and restrictions. Enter T-001 trainings into the system and assign or enter completions.
Conduct training or classes on processes and procedures as needed.
Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $28 -38/hour. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
