We are looking for:
A dedicated and experienced Endpoint Security Architect/Engineer to join our team. This role is key in designing, implementing, and managing robust endpoint security strategies to protect Syensqo’s network and data from sophisticated threats. You will be part of a dynamic team contributing to a major transformation, playing an active role in shaping the group’s future.
We count on you to:
Develop and maintain a strong endpoint security strategy aligned with company policies and compliance requirements.
Define standards and best practices for endpoint protection, detection, and response.
Design and implement endpoint security solutions including antivirus, anti-malware, Microsoft Intune, Tanium, and EDR tools.
Create and manage endpoint security policies and configurations to ensure consistent security posture and compliance.
Monitor endpoint security tools and lead incident response activities for endpoint-related threats (investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery).
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments on endpoint devices and coordinate remediation efforts with IT teams.
Drive training and awareness programs to promote secure endpoint usage across the organization.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to maintain a cohesive and effective security strategy.
Report on endpoint security posture, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives to senior management.
You will bring:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM are a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on endpoint security architecture and engineering.
Deep knowledge of endpoint security technologies (antivirus, EDR, anti-malware), operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS), and endpoint management tools (Intune, Tanium).
Familiarity with SIEM systems and vulnerability management tools.
A strong understanding of current threat landscapes and attacker techniques (TTPs).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
Great communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and explain complex issues clearly.
