We are looking for:

As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users and business. You will work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the entire software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications using cloud components
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance and reliability.
Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the future of our technical stack.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously seeking to improve our development processes and tools.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Education and experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of professional experience in software development. (e.g., 3+ years for mid-level, 5+ for senior)
Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as [e.g., Python, Java, .NET, C++, JavaScript, C#]
Experience with [e.g., web frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js; backend frameworks like Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails; mobile development frameworks like iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter].
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and microservices architecture. (Highly desirable)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitLab).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience with [e.g., Docker, Kubernetes].
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
