We are looking for:

  • The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with all levels of the organization.
  • This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Kronos/Time management systems, employee engagement and development, policy implementation, recruitment/employment site support and employment law compliance.

 

We count on you for:

  • Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.  
  • Assist in recruitment support on site for salaried and hourly personnel.
  • Assist in new-hire orientation; monitor and assist in career-path programs/succession planning; write job descriptions and post positions at the site level as needed.
  • Assist in conducting “stay” and exit interviews.
  • Perform benefits related administration, including sick leave monitoring, and communicating benefits information to employees. 
  • Assist in payroll responsibilities. Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. 
  • Assist in other site related duties, i.e. distribution of gift cards, etc.

You will get:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position will be $80,000 to $90,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
