You have: Academic background in Human Resources coupled with practical experience in the field.
You will: Oversee a specialized realm of HR, offering expertise to internal stakeholders. Function as a Social Management Controller, Labor Law Specialist, Retirement or Social Welfare Expert, Employment Data and Benchmarks Officer, or Recruitment Manager.
