About the Program
Syensqo is launching a Global Business Services (GBS) Internship Program within our HR Service Line, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to and shape Syensqo's global human resources operations. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals gaining hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Performance & Talent. This program will be hosted in Lisbon offices.

Key Responsibilities
During your internship you may support one or more of the following areas:
- Talent Acquisition
- Support activities as sourcing and screening resumes for open positions.
- Participate in activities related to data analysis by assisting in the collection, organization, and interpretation of Talent Acquisition metrics
- Participate in projects in the area
- Performance & Talent
- Assist in providing resolution to inquiries and demands from internal and external service users, providing support for HR-related queries
- Support in the review of various HR materials, including contracts, training content, communication documents, and other materials.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate employee records within SuccessFactors Employee Central.
What You’ll Bring
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of ERP systems (SAP experience is advantageous).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (required). Additional languages are a plus.
