Document Control/Configuration Specialist

We are looking for:

The Document Control/Configuration Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of technical data and configuration records throughout the product lifecycle. This position ensures that all engineering documents, specifications, and change orders are accurately controlled, released, and archived in compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements. The specialist collaborates with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to support configuration management processes, ensure traceability, and facilitate timely document revisions. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with LIMS/ERP systems are essential for success in this role.

  • Champion the MOC program
  • Ensure compliance
  • Liaison between sites and global MOC leads
  • Monthly reviews/Reports
  • Review, Implement, and close MOCs
  • Update and Maintain electronic library (QMS)
  • Create and update test methods in LIMS
  • Create/update PCDs
  • Support LIMS consolidation
  • Support Lab supervisors
  • Quality Stamp training and Annual Audits
  • Support for engineering
  • Customer PCD reviews
  • Audit planning and Audit preparedness
  • DAir Site Library Administrator support

*Onsite Position: Anaheim, Ca

You will bring:

  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred college degree for future career advancement
  • 3-5 years’ experience preferred


Desired skills:

  • Effectively use MRP, LIMS
  • Immediate follow through on all assigned job tasks
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks independently and achieve both quality and quantity of work
  • Provide back-up assistance Lab Supervisors, Engineering team, and admin.
  • Provide back-up assistance as quality systems evolve and update, part of the decision making process.

You will get:

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $70,240.00 to $87,800.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
  • 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
