Junior Logistics Coordinator (Late Shift)

We are looking for:

  • A Junior Logistics Coordinator who will work closely with the Operational Logistics and Logistics Leaders, ensuring the effective use of SAP and TMS tools in day-to-day logistics execution, as well as in analyzing vendor performance, solving issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • This role focuses on enabling strong process compliance, cost control, and carrier performance visibility through both technical system knowledge and collaborative teamwork, in EMEA and NAM

 

We count on you for:

  • Working closely with the Operational Logistics and Logistics Leaders, ensuring the effective use of SAP and TMS tools in day-to-day logistics execution
  • Analyzing vendor performance, solving issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serving as a key point of contact for execution teams across North America—such as Shipping Coordinators and Logistics Leads—offering process guidance, issue resolution, and support with cost and carrier-related topics
  • Being accountable for:
    • Supporting the logistics costing process and ensuring process adherence across stakeholders
    • Assisting execution teams with SAP and TMS processing related to shipment pricing, extra costs, and financial compliance
    • Managing and troubleshooting TMS and SAP related issues (e.g., cost at 0, shipment documentation, order allocation), supporting invoice accuracy, and engaging with SBS (Shared Business Services) for backoffice solutions
    • Contributing to logistics tenders, including data preparation and managing freight quotation processes (directly or by enabling self-service tools)
    • Monitoring freight spend and providing analysis as needed to support financial visibility
    • Analyzing carrier performance KPIs (e.g., lead times, service reliability, mode usage), identifying issues, and proposing solutions
    • Supporting QN (Quality Notification) coordination with carriers to improve service quality
    • Acting as the go-to person for TMS/SAP/cost-related questions and issues for the NAM logistics execution team

You will bring: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subjects
  • Logistics experience / awareness is an advantage
  • SAP knowledge, especially in logistics & shipment costs is a plus
  • TMS experience a plus
  • Financial costing awareness
  • Strong customer centricity
  • Excellent relational skills
  • Good communication, coordination and collaboration skills
  • Capacity to collaborate and work within a team
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
