We are looking for a trainee to:

Perform regular Customer Service activities, processing sample requests for direct customers and distributors.
Provide a standard level of service to our transactional customers and distributors.

We count on you to:

Learn how to manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to delivery and follow-up.
Manage sample orders to prospect customers.
Manage customer’s specific requirements.
Sample management.
Customer’s request management.

What you will bring:

University Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related fields
No previous experience needed
Fluent in English
Acute customer centricity
Excellent relational skills
Capacity to collaborate and work within a team
Eager to learn how to manage projects
Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
