We are looking for:

The Digital Workplace Compliance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that Syensqo’s digital workplace—covering content and knowledge management, endpoint management, user experience management, and unified communications—meets all relevant compliance requirements. This position is not focused on auditing or legalese, but rather on embedding compliance into the design, configuration, and daily operation of digital workplace tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workplace, M-Files, AODocs, MS Intune, and others. Hands-on experience with the various tooling is a must.

  • Compliance Enablement:
  • Translate compliance requirements into practical configurations and workflows within digital workplace platforms.
  • Advise on the compliant use of digital tools, ensuring data protection, privacy, and information governance are integrated into daily operations.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, Security, and Business teams to ensure digital workplace solutions align with regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Policy Implementation & Guidance:
  • Support the development and rollout of digital workplace policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to users and administrators on compliant tool usage.
  • Platform Configuration & Support:
  • Configure and optimize digital workplace tools (e.g., M365, Google Workplace, M-Files, AODocs, MS Intune) to meet compliance needs.
  • Stay current with platform updates and assess their impact on compliance.
  • Training & Awareness:
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to promote compliant use of digital workplace technologies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for compliance-related questions regarding digital tools.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance compliance through automation, improved workflows, or new features within digital platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends and evolving regulations to proactively adapt digital workplace practices.

You will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Compliance, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience working with digital workplace tools in a compliance, governance, or administration capacity.

  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) as they relate to digital platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Purview Platform), Google Workplace, M-Files, AODocs, MS Intune, or similar tools.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical digital solutions.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Google Workspace Administrator, ISO 27001 Foundation).

  • Experience in a multinational or regulated environment.

You will get: 

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position will be $94,960 to $118,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonuses and/or other incentives.
