We are looking for:
The Digital Workplace Compliance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that Syensqo’s digital workplace—covering content and knowledge management, endpoint management, user experience management, and unified communications—meets all relevant compliance requirements. This position is not focused on auditing or legalese, but rather on embedding compliance into the design, configuration, and daily operation of digital workplace tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workplace, M-Files, AODocs, MS Intune, and others. Hands-on experience with the various tooling is a must.

You will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Compliance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with digital workplace tools in a compliance, governance, or administration capacity.
Strong understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) as they relate to digital platforms.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Purview Platform), Google Workplace, M-Files, AODocs, MS Intune, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical digital solutions.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Google Workspace Administrator, ISO 27001 Foundation).
Experience in a multinational or regulated environment.
