We are looking for:

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for supporting the maintenance and reliability of machines and equipment used in the site production and distribution process. Evaluates current work procedures and methods and propose, describe, test and implement improvements, new techniques and methods, and to provide specialized maintenance tasks and expertise.

 

We count on you for:

  • Oversee, operate, maintain and assist repair of equipment as needed.

  • Advise in preventative maintenance duties to keep equipment in good condition.

  • Design and implement equipment modifications to improve efficiency and safety.

  • Analyze equipment malfunctions and diagnose problems.

  • Respond to requests for maintenance support throughout the facility.

  • Provide support for production teams.

  • Create reports and maintain records of equipment maintenance activities.

  • Support/manage MRO inventory control. Order and track spare parts and equipment.

  • Analyze/use ERP data to drive improvements and minimize costs.

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures. Identify and implement improvements.

  • Maintain documentation and records  including maintenance schedules, repair logs and equipment performance metrics.

You will bring:

  • Degree with a study emphasis in Engineering or Engineering Technology (mechanical preferred) with high level of mechanical aptitude.

  • Field experience in manufacturing engineering with maintenance/storeroom interaction desired.

  • Servant-style leadership to internal customers and corporate stakeholders.

  • Ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Effective communication at all levels of the organization.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills including critical thinking skills with decision-making confidence.

  • Strong background in process improvement, problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations, and strong program management skills. 

  • High comfort with handling multiple ongoing priorities.

  • Building and maintaining digital solutions incorporating automation and optimizing efficiency.

  • Ability to understand, build, and interpret organizational and departmental KPI’s and create action plans to complete the same.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Google Apps G Suite.

  • In-depth SAP transactional and foundational knowledge is highly desired.

  • Other similar ERP experience and understanding may be considered.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The U.S. annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: $88,480 to $110,600.  Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, such as skills, experience, qualifications, etc. and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
