Arnaud Valenduc serves as President of Specialty Polymers at Syensqo and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. He joined Syensqo in April 2026.
Arnaud has extensive experience in strategy, business development and transformation in the chemicals and advanced materials industry. Prior to joining Syensqo, he served as Business Director at INEOS Inovyn and was a member of its Executive Committee and Board.
Earlier in his career, Arnaud spent nearly two decades at Solvay, where he held a range of senior leadership positions in multiple locations. His roles included CEO of Solvay Indupa in Argentina and Brazil, Head of Transformation and Regional Business Manager in Asia. During this time, he led transformation initiatives, drove performance improvements and contributed to strategic growth across the businesses he supported.
Arnaud holds an MBA from INSEAD and studied business engineering and finance at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
