Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is fundamental to social progress and a better life for all. That’s why Syensqo fosters a workplace culture that values and respects the uniqueness of every individual. A diverse workplace is a stronger workplace. To us, it’s essential to create an environment where individuals of any ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status, disability, or any other identity or characteristic is celebrated.

That’s why we’ve accelerated our DEI commitment with One Dignity, an ambitious program that places these areas at the heart of Syensqo’s strategy.

As part of our vision to create a work environment that champions diversity, we’ve set ambitious targets and developed DEI initiatives to help us meet them. By 2025, we want Syensqo to lead the way in DEI. To make sure there is full transparency, we’ll keep you updated on our progress in our annual integrated reporting.
