Experienced board member in industrial and listed companies further strengthens governance and strategic oversight

Martine Snels

Syensqo today announces the appointment of Martine Snels as a new Independent Non-Executive Director and member of its Board of Directors, effective April 1, 2026.

This appointment further strengthens the Board following the nomination of Heike van de Kerkhof as Chair of the Board and Miguel Mantas as independent director earlier this month, as Syensqo continues to address the challenges and opportunities ahead.

This Board evolution comes at an important moment for Syensqo, following Mike Radossich’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2026, as the company advances into its next phase with a clear focus on disciplined execution, operational excellence and accelerated value creation.

Martine Snels brings extensive international leadership and governance experience across industrial and technology-driven companies. She has built a strong track record as a Non-Executive Director in listed and privately held industrial businesses, with deep expertise in transformation, capital allocation and operational performance.

She currently serves on the Supervisory Board of SIG Group, where she sits on several key committees, and as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Electrolux Professional. She is also a Board member of Prodrive Technologies, a high-tech industrial group. Previously, she held Non-Executive Director roles at Resilux, Vion Food Group and URUS Group, further strengthening her experience across industrial and manufacturing value chains. Prior to her board career, she was a member of the Executive Board of GEA Group AG and Chief Operating Officer of Royal FrieslandCampina’s Ingredients business, bringing substantial executive leadership experience in global industrial organizations.

Snels brings valuable international experience from both executive leadership and Non-Executive Director roles in industrial and listed companies. Her strong governance background and understanding of complex global value chains will further enrich the Board’s capabilities as Syensqo continues to execute on its strategic priorities and deliver long-term value for all stakeholders.

Heike van de Kerkhof, Chair of the Board of Directors of Syensqo
