Alkamuls® EGDS 504/V has a diester content of about 85%. It is widely used in shampoo and bath applications to modify the appearance of the finished products, by imparting a high degree of opacity and pearl luster under appropriate process conditions. Additionally, it is an excellent emollient for use in all bath, cream and lotion preparations.
