Iron removal agent is a polymeric reagent designed to remove colloidal iron from Bayer Process liquor. It is normally added to the primary settlers in the clarification section of the plant. I can reduce iron in Bayer liquor and untimately iron in product, and allow processing difficult bauxite (ores with low iron content.)
