Mirataine® C37 HP is a high purity grade of Cocamidopropyl Betaine with a “stripped” alkyl distribution. It is stable over a wide pH range and is compatible with anionic, nonionic and cationic surfactants. When compared to other standard grades of CAPB, Mirataine® C37 HP exhibits better flash foam and viscosity-building characteristics with SLS, AOS and other anionic-based formulations. It offers an exceptionally low and stable color as well as low residual odor. The high pH of Mirataine® C37 HP serves to make it hostile to microbial growth, so there is no need of preservative.
