About the Program
Syensqo is launching a Global Business Services (GBS) Curricular Internship Program specifically designed for students in Information Systems Management. This program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to and help shape Syensqo’s global operations. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in areas such as Car Fleet Management or Service Excellence.

This program will be hosted in Lisbon offices.

Key Responsibilities

During your internship you may support one of the following areas:

Car Fleet
- Import and manage car fleet data using our internal tools
- Develop and generate reports for various stakeholders
- Assist in the development of a Car Fleet Chatbot

Service Excellence
- Develop dashboards for various teams
- Assist with the migration of Looker dashboards to Power BI
- Support process automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Tools
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Creation of elearnings

What You’ll Bring
Education: Pursuing a degree in Information Systems Management.
Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (required). Additional languages are a plus.

Additional information:

Internship Allowance: 200€ per month
