We are looking for:
A HR professional with Payroll and Benefit experience to follow the established procedures and practices and handle Payroll & HR admin activities, to ensure compliance, accuracy and on time.
We count on you to:
Deliver operational services under the operational scope, in a timely manner and high accuracy, according to defined procedures, respecting quality and compliance.
Provide prompt and effective response and solutions to stakeholders according to Process documentation.
Process confidential data.
Propose, support or lead initiatives in process and performance improvements.
Procedures and operational database maintained & updated.
Implement and follow up the Group and local rules, policies, and procedures, within their own domain.
Ensure follow-up and implementation of recommendations made by internal auditors, Service Units, and Service Lines.
Take ownership of each inquiry, manage each request effectively, dispatch and escalate unresolved problems.
Be able to manage several topics and prioritize the most urgent ones.
Provide translations on request and deliver training in HR tools and processes.
Collaborate and communicate with peers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
For country focal (1 person in 1 country), act as consultant to business leader’s/HR colleagues on payroll process and policies.

You will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Accounting, or a related field
More than 8 years' payroll experience with solid knowledge of payroll processes and systems
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and effective time management
Proactive and able to work autonomously
Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
High attention to detail and commitment to strong operational standards
