We are looking for:
- The Global Process and Data Owner (Source to Pay) is responsible for governing, maintaining and continuously improving standard business process design, policies, procedures and related system/process change requests across the organisation. The role owns Master Data Standards, leads adoption of standard solutions, and drives process and system improvements that create business value and strengthen organisational capability and operating discipline.

Governance
- Own and maintain global policies, standards and procedures for assigned business processes.
- Govern standard business process design and ensure alignment across the organisation.
- Review, manage and govern change requests relating to standard processes and systems.
- Own and maintain Master Data Standards.
- Support global master data management governance, including creation and maintenance of standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on standard data and processes, including alignment with relevant data privacy requirements.
- Review requests for new system applications to ensure fit with standards and governance principles.
Adoption and Continuous Improvement
- Lead and monitor the adoption phase of standard solutions, including SyWay.
- Track consistent use of standard processes and systems across the business.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive business value creation through process adoption.
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans for implementation.
- Strengthen organisational capability and intended operating discipline.
- Drive business performance excellence through process, data and system optimisation.
- Use data insights, analytics and external best practice to support innovation and improvement.
- Champion ERP rebuild principles and support the embedment of redesigned business processes.
Strategic Roadmap (Process & System)
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define the future vision for process and system capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for process and system improvements.
- Translate strategy into implementation plans, timelines and priorities.
- Govern the roadmap and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
Project Management
- Develop business cases to support roadmap initiatives and projects.
- Support or lead delivery of group-wide initiatives and improvement projects.
- Work with project managers and PMO resources to ensure successful implementation.
- Establish governance forums to support approval and implementation of change requests.
Reporting and Stakeholder Management
- Generate, monitor and report adoption progress to Steerco.
- Work cross-functionally with business leaders, functional teams, IT, data owners and project teams.
- Influence stakeholders to align with standard processes, data standards and systems.
You will bring:
- Master’s degree and certifications in project management, process improvement, ERP, or data governance.
- Strong experience in business process ownership, process governance, master data, ERP and business transformation.
- Good understanding of process standardisation, change governance and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
- Strong project and change management capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken)

- The Belgium annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: €125,000 to €156,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. The primary location for this job is Belgium; however, it may also be based in other countries. For other countries, local competitive salary conditions will apply, in line with local legislation.
