We are looking for: 

  • The Quality Final Inspector Specialist is responsible for the final inspection of customer orders and generation of certifications (COAs) prior to shipment. 
  • The role involves working with various functions including site quality, shipping, and customer service to ensure all requirements are met before material is shipped to the customer.
  • The Quality Final Inspector Specialist plays a key role as the last line of defense before the customer receives our material.
  • This role requires detailed review and understanding of Solvay and customer quality documents.
  • Generation of certifications involves retrieving and generating physical and electronic documents, compiling all information together using electronic systems and signing for Quality Final Inspector approval. 
     

We count on you for:
 
●    3-5 years previous experience with review and generation of controlled documents 
●    Strong attention to detail in reviewing written and electronic documentation
●    Strong written and oral communication skills 
●    Ability to interpret and understand standards and technical documents
●    Strong computer skills and ability to easily learn electronic systems
●    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe 


You will bring:
 
●    Bachelor's degree in STEM related field 
●    Working knowledge of AS-9100 Rev D/ISO-9000:2015 Aerospace Quality Management systems or similarly highly regulated industry.
●    Working knowledge of Composite/Adhesives Unit Operations or similar process industry.

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $52,518-$65,647 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
