We are looking for:
A Senior Process Engineer for Novecare Brazil, Itatiba and Taboão da Serra sites.
We count on you for:
- Carry out the industrialization of new products incorporated into the portfolio, either through Tech Transfer or a new product developed locally;
- Responsible for the development of process studies and preparation of improvement projects (investments of up to 2 mEur);
- Assist manufacturers in monitoring processes (problem solving);
- Participate in investigations and problem solving for quality deviations in the factory in a preventive way as a PDQ solution (Potential Quality Deviation) and in a corrective way, helping to resolve customer complaints;
- Be responsible for preparing and updating the technical documentation related to the processes (process manual and engineering flowcharts);
- Analyze and approve changes proposed and carried out by the production team in operational procedures;
- Conduct technical process training for operational teams;
- Coordinate Change Management (MoC) and monitor the proposed actions of the studies;
- Participate and audit manufacturing HAZOP studies;
- Perform monthly report of site process safety indicators;
- Technically coordinate the implementation and start-up of modifications and projects in the areas (detailing phase until start-up);
- Support R&I team in the scale-up of products under development;
- Coordinate process improvement groups that are contained in the TIP (Tactical Implementation Plan) of the Diamond 4.0 journey;
- Domain of the technology of the manufacturing process where he works and of competitors.
You will bring:
- Bachelor degree Engineering (Chemical preferred);
- 7-10 years of experience in similar role in manufacturing environment;
- Advanced English (written and spoken);
- HAZOP safety knowledge;
- SAP and MS Office knowledge;
- Process improvement, project experience (500K EUR), technology transfer experience;
- Internal stakeholder management skills - will work with multidisciplinary teams from different countries;
- Team player, collaborative, corporate mindset.
