We are looking for:
The Industrial Site Controller acts as a financial partner inside the production plant, ensuring that operational decisions are supported by accurate financial insights. Embedded in day-to-day site activities, the role translates production performance into reliable financial data, strengthens cost control and efficiency, and safeguards the accuracy of budgets, forecasts, and reporting. By working closely with production teams, the controller provides timely analysis, identifies risks and opportunities, and supports management in achieving both operational excellence and financial performance targets.

Accurate Financial Monitoring & Reporting
Reliable P&L and cost accounting figures for the site.
Periodic management reports with clear analysis, commentary, and actionable recommendations.
Timely validation of ERP and KPI data to ensure accuracy.
Planning & Forecasting Support
High-quality input for budgets, rolling forecasts, and ABC rankings (fixed/variable costs, CAPEX, inventories, KPIs).
Coordination of site cash forecasts and reviews.
Cost & Performance Control
Robust product costing in collaboration with Production Managers.
Analysis of costs, yield variances, consumptions, and savings initiatives.
Month End Close activities covering fixed cost, variable costs and inventory
Validation and reporting of CAPEX investments, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and Group policies.
Monitoring of excellence savings, non-quality costs, and efficiency programs.
Asset & Risk Management
Accurate inventory valuation, including provisions for slow-moving stock.
Submission of accruals when material.
Insurance values updated and reliable for the site perimeter.
Business Partnership & Decision Support
Proactive financial advice to the GBU Controller and Finance team.
Consolidated site-level insights to guide business decisions.
Early identification of risks, opportunities, and market/strategic impacts.

You will bring:
10+ years in industry context
Knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse
Bachelor or Master in Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering
Previous controlling experience ( preferably site manufacturing )
Working knowledge of Accounting
Strong leadership skills
Good communicator work with financial and non-financial collaborators
Work with complex business/Good analytical skills
Ability to synthesize complex issues into actionable activities
Capacity to anticipate future trends and developments
You will get:
Competitive salary and benefits package
The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $98,600 to $120,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
