Certification Specialist

 

 

We count on you for 

Support the quality and logistics team in the preparation of material certifications prior to product shipment.

 

 

 

 

Performance objectives

 

  • Utilize Ship Pad (ship schedule) to review and provide status of shipping schedule at bi-weekly meetings.
  • Generate final certifications, “pick” (pack lists), etc. for shipping.
  • Check LIMS Data Package for completed testing.
  • Compile other required supporting data including test scans/reports, inspection logs and raw material certifications as required.
  • Electronically file certifications in master file, customer directories, etc. as necessary.
  • Electronically submit certifications to customers as required.
  • Support planning in generating production paperwork for weekly production
  • Receive weekly schedule from planning.
  • Print required supporting documentation.
  • Compile planning packet for production.
  • Filing, typing, etc. as required so support record keeping.
  • Support additional support activities as needed including annual inventory, packing and labeling of records for archival, quality audits (internal, registrar, customer), and process improvement teams.

Qualifications and requirements: 

 

  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred college degree for future career advancement
  • 1-3 years’ experience preferred

  • Effectively use MRP
  • Immediate follow through on all assigned job tasks
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks independently and achieve both quality and quantity of work
  • Provide back-up assistance as site Purchase Order reconciliation and open line item adjustment for inventory adjustment and inventory consumption
  • Provide back-up assistance as site Purchase Order closure for MRO-items

You will get:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.  The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $63,556.00 to $79,445.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
  • 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
