We are looking for:
An Office Manager (gn) who will oversee and manage contracted soft services, visitor management, site communications, occupational health, and facilitate meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage contracts for soft services such as canteen, cleaning and gardening while ensuring all providers meet agreed quality standards.
Organize health screenings, referral appointments, wellness programs and other occupational health activities.
Prepare for key visitors, coordinate catering, safety equipment and transport, and make sure they are fully supported during their visit.
Coordinate internal communications by sharing updates through email, intranet and notice boards and publish the quarterly site newsletter.
Schedule and coordinate Town Halls and other meetings, including agendas, minutes, follow-ups and the provision of necessary equipment and rooms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Additional information:
Location: Wrexham
Salary: From £41,280 to £51,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
