We are looking for:
Strong Customer Service focused professional, dedicated to help internal and external customers by addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations. The Customer Service Representative acts to serve as a liaison between customers and other internal functions and translates customer requirements into internal actions
We count on you to:
Act as a main point of contact and “order owner” for customers within assigned portfolio
Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up
Ensure customer complaints are handled timely, regular follow ups provided to customer, work on reducing number of complaints, support complaint cycle close within target dates
Perform any required invoice adjustments / return of material as per global guidelines, obtaining and documenting all necessary approvals
Proactively identify and implement improvements within CS processes, lead or participate in different projects if required
You will bring:
2 years experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
Fluent/Native English
Strong customer focus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and within a team (team player mindset)
Ability to work in a fast moving, business intense environment, at high accuracy and speed
Willingness to act proactively and identify opportunities for improvement
Microsoft 365 proficiency
SAP and SalesForce knowledge considered a bonus
You will get:
The Portuguese annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: 23,970.00€ to 27,500.00€. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Hybrid working model: at least twice a week onsite
Fixed term contract with possibility of renovating into a permanent contract
Late Shift: from 2.00PM to 11.00PM (On office days, leave time is flexible so as to accommodate for safe commute home to complete work shift.)
