Solvay Specialities India Private Limited (SSIPL) (CIN:U74130GJ2005PTC062544) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Syensqo Group of Belgium established in 2005. Its the flagship entity of Syensqo India representing all Syensqo GBUs. It has established its manufacturing presence in India by acquisition of Polymer division of Gharda chemicals with manufacturing unit at Panoli in 2006. In 2010, Syensqo announced building of Syensqo Corporate R&D centre at Savli, Vadodara which is in operation since 2012. In 2018, Rhodia Specialty Chemicals India Private Limited (GBU Novercare) was merged with SSIPL.
