Jaguar® C 500 STD is a cationic polymer derived from a natural gum with low aqueous viscosity. JAGUAR® C 500 STD is an excellent additive to aid in the deposition of actives such as silicones, oils, anti-dandruff agents on hair where viscosity build-up in the final product is not desired. Ideal application is one where deposition of actives from a shampoo or conditioner which requires little viscosifying properties. Easily and quickly dispersible in water. Jaguar® C500 STD conditions hair without weighing it down making it ideal for fine hair. It can be combined with other conditioning agents (e.g. natural oils, ester oils) to deliver superior care benefits. Being COSMOS-approved, inherently ultimately biodegradable and non-ecotoxic, Jaguar® C500 STD is an ideal choice to create hair formulas with biodegradability claims, compliant with COSMOS and EU Ecolabel 2021/1870 (with restrictions).
