KetaSpire® KT-810 CF30 is a 30% chopped carbon fiber reinforced PEEK based on the very high molecular weight grade of KetaSpire KT-810 base resin. By virtue of the very high molecular weight base PEEK polymer, the material exhibits elongation and mechanical toughness characteristics superior to other 30% carbon fiber reinforced PEEK grades that are on the market. The resin enjoys all the key performance attributes of PEEK, including outstanding chemical resistance, fatigue resistance and thermal oxidative stability.
KT-810 CF30 can be processed by conventional thermoplastic processing techniques and is primarily designed for injection molding and extrusion fabrication.
