L-530 is a modified epoxy prepreg with increased flame resistance. L-530 can be used as a single ply or multiple ply skin for aramid/phenolic or aluminum honeycomb sandwich panels. For most sandwich core types, no additional adhesive is required to form a strong interfacial bond.
L-530 is primarily supplied as impregnated 7781 style fiberglass fabric. Other weave styles and some unidirectional products are available.
