Comparison of short side chain (SSC) and long side chain (LSC) ionomers 

The material’s distinctive Short Side Chain (SSC) ionomer imparts higher crystallinity, improved mechanical properties (heat of fusion j/g), and better proton conductivity (lower EW equivalent weight).
