Marketing Manager, Life Solutions

We are looking for:

  • SPP GBU is organized around 3 markets: Transportation, E&I and Life Solutions. Life Solutions is organized around 4 Regions (Great China, APAC, EMEA and Americas) and 5 Segments (Advanced Filtration, Healthcare, Advanced Packaging, Consumer and Construction).

    The Regional Marketing Manager for Great China will have the responsibility to lead the marketing activities for Advanced Filtration and Consumer for the region. On top, will coordinate and communicate internally about the different activities from global competition on Sulfones, PVDC and PVDF for Life Solutions organization.

    The position will report to the Global Head of Marketing Life Solutions and will be based in GCN.

We count on you for:

  • Leads. Generate Regional Leads for Adv Filtration and Consumer (target customer list, target applications). Coordinate monthly review with Sales & CTDs in China.

  • Regional Devpool. Coordination upon Sales Directors request with sales & CTDs (CPDS team included). Achieve regional target (Y+1, Y+2)

  • Market trends. Share unmet needs from regional customers interactions (reporting on trade shows, customer visits..). Report on competition

  • Regional growth Market Plan upon request of Regional Sales Directors (growth ambition, addressable market, target customers, target applications)

  • Regional training on new markets (sustainability, new applications..)

  • Tradeshow. Support regional trade show organization

  • Monitor and communicate global competitive trends in the market with the main purpose of identifying new opportunities

  • Work with Regional Sales Managers and Product Managers (PMs) on coordination of pricing activity. Develop and maintain appropriate sales and market support tools.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to travel 20-40% (domestic)

  • Knowledge of Hemodialysis, Environment and Consumer industry is a plus.

  • Academic degree (bachelor`s/master`s degree), preferably in Business/Marketing or Engineering.

  • MBA or marketing­ related graduate degree a plus.
