We are looking for :

  • A trainee to join the Global Trade team (part of the Group Supply Chain Function). We are offering to work in an international, dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to our group’s compliance. Join our strategic unit to support the definition and implementation of the internal control framework on our specific processes in strong collaboration with our process experts and the coordination on strategic projects for our function

During your internship, you may support one or more of the following areas :

  • Internal Control definition & implementation :

    • Participate to meetings with process owners to understand their processes, identify risks and define key control activities

    • Process detailed post-entry checks and identify potential non compliance / red flags to be reviewed with control owners

    • Process other relevant control activities

  • Strategic projects coordination :

    • Assist with data / KPIs preparation supporting Global Trade visibility grow

    • Work closely with the Global Trade Strategic Projects & Internal Control Leader to ensure accuracy and compliance within all reporting tasks and ensure coordination between all stakeholders.
