We count on you for:
As a Service Billing and Intercompany Specialist, you will perform the following activities :
• Operate directly part of the Service Unit activities in the intercompany and service invoicing domain;
• Maintain operating procedures and contribute to projects, process improvements, problem solving thanks to a combined capability between technical and operational needs;
• Perform controls under the responsibilities of the Service Unit. Supervise and validate internal control efficiency (for all controls performed by non SBS actors);
• Contribute to the effectiveness in assigned subdomain by measuring through KPI.
Service Billing:
• Proceed service request related to Intercompany and Third party service invoicing, ensuring the legal frame of the request, managing the services master data, processing sales orders, creating and booking the generated sales invoices;
• Monitor invoices and Stocks in Transit accounts;
• Analyze and reconcile accounts;
• Support to external audit.
Intercompany reconciliation activities:
• Perform month end Intercompany Reconciliations;
• Identify list of corrective actions to be shared with key stakeholders;
• Report Intercompany reconciled positions in the consolidation tool;
• Execution of Internal Controls.
You will bring:
Education and Experience:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
• Good accounting experience.
Skills and behavioral competencies:
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts;
• Good communication skills;
• Customer orientation;
• Knowledge in SAP FI Module sub-ledger AR and AP.
Language skills:
• Fluent in English.
