Impact Report 2024-2025

Breakthrough Solutions that Advance Humanity

Chemistry is a critical enabler of industrial transformation. It allows industries to use resources more efficiently, extend product lifetimes and turn waste into valuable inputs. These capabilities are increasingly essential as performance expectations rise and resources become more constrained.

Our customers expect solutions that meet demanding performance standards while improving resource efficiency and reducing emissions. Our investors expect resilience, risk management, transparency and long-term value creation. Our people expect a safe workplace and a fair and inclusive culture. We are taking concrete actions to meet these expectations, as detailed in this report.
