After 10 years of experience in Research at L'Oréal as a chemical engineer and project manager, France Desbonnet transitioned to focus on environmental challenges. A graduate of the specialized master's degree in Public Policies and Strategies for the Environment at AgroParisTech (2021), France Desbonnet is now responsible for the sustainable sourcing of bio-based raw materials at L'Oréal.

Agronomic engineer from AgroParisTech with 8 years’ experience in sourcing, Marc Chassais is now responsible for the sourcing of natural ingredients at L’Oréal, including natural polymers.
Krishnan Hariharan
Senior Practice Lead at TechnoServe
Krishnan leads TechnoServe India’s agriculture portfolio and provides strategic and operational direction for program development and implementation teams. With over 20 years of experience in both corporate and development sectors, Krishnan has managed million-dollar grants for major foundations focusing on thematic areas such as water, agriculture, climate, and health. He holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University and has completed the Executive Program at Harvard Business School focusing on Strategic Perspectives for Non-Profit Management.
