Thomas Bucher

Thomas Bucher serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, as well as as a member of the Environmental, Safety and Social Committee. He brings more than three decades of international finance and leadership experience across specialty chemicals, energy and global services. Mr. Bucher has held Chief Financial Officer roles at Archroma, Alpiq Holding and Gategroup, having previously held senior finance and business leadership roles at Ciba Specialty Chemicals. He currently serves as a Board member and Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee member at Die Schweizerische Post AG and as Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair at Primeo Energie. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director at DocMorris. Previously, he held Non-Executive Director roles at Archroma Pakistan and Tareno, adding to his experience across listed companies, financial oversight and international governance environments.
