  • KetaSpire® PEEK: With the best combination of fatigue and chemical resistance, KetaSpire® PEEK operates in high temperatures and in continuous use. It is an ideal metal replacement option because of its excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability, which are critically needed for oil and gas equipment components. 
  • Tecnoflon® FKM/ FFKM: Used for sealing applications, Tecnoflon® FKM & FFKM retains its high-performance properties in aggressive conditions. This fluoroelastomer's resistance properties come from its carbon-fluorine bonds' strength.  
  • AvaSpire® PAEK: This family of high-performance polyketones fills the void left by other polymers, improving ductility and toughness. AvaSpire® PAEK features exceptional strength, stiffness and chemical resistance. These properties enable the production of reliable valve plates and other compressor components. 
  • Halar® ECTFE: Ideal for anti-corrosion applications, Halar® ECTFE provides exceptional chemical, permeation, abrasion and fire resistance. Halar® ECTFE offers excellent weatherability as well as high purity.
  • Ryton® PPS: This semi-crystalline, high-heat polymer is recognized for its thermal stability. Known for its chemical, creep, modulus and flame resistance, Ryton® PPS offers exceptional performance and durability comparable to fluoropolymers. 
  • Amodel® PPA: Known for high strength and stiffness in high-temperature environments, Amodel® PPA polyamides possess a high melting point of 300°C. With five different base resins, Amodel® PPA has distinct products for manufacturers’ unique oil and gas component needs.  
  • Torlon® PAI: This melt-processable thermoplastic possesses excellent resistance to wear, creep and chemicals. Known for its excellent performance in severe service conditions, Torlon® PAI has unsurpassed electrical and structural characteristics and low thermal expansion. 
  • Diofan® PVDC: Best for applications needing barriers for corrosion protection, Diofan® PVDC provides protective properties to host materials. Diofan® PVDC is well-suited for seal applications as it retains superior structural integrity and offers excellent thermoformability.
